Be Strong International is an acclaimed nonprofit organization that delivers comprehensive educational services and resources to families residing in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Our mission is to guide individuals from brokenness to wholeness by fostering healthy relationships and instilling Heart Skills™.
In addition to Be Strong International’s Heart Skills™ programs, which empowers families to make informed decisions concerning relationships, money, work, and family life, the organization offers family strengthening programs.
Furthermore, Be Strong International collaborates with institutions to provide resources such as food drives and back-to-school supply drives. Known for its transformational workplace culture, Be Strong International has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work by the South Florida Business Journal and provides Healthy Culture trainings to corporations and universities.

Our Youth Services operates all the programs oriented to help youth develop healthy relationships through teaching Heart Skills™, and other evidence-based curricula, helping them to avoid risky behaviors. This service oversees several programs: Project H.O.P.E., Be Strong After School Club GEMS (Girls Empowering Mastery Sessions), and Strong Money Mentality.
Our parenting services aims to enhance and support parent involvement initiatives that focus on improving parent-child relationships. Our parent facilitators host workshops that encourage positive parenting and equip parents with tools to raise confident, competent children. These workshops are offered both online and in-person and are taught in English, Spanish and Creole.
The Family & Marriage Services operates programs oriented to educate married couples on developing and maintaining healthy relationships. Our facilitators host workshops that provide essential coaching for effective communication skills, tools, and more. These workshops are offered both online and in-person and are taught in English, and Spanish.
The community services aims to identify families in underserved communities and assess social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs to offer them the help they require.
