The Chief Heart Officer (CHO) is responsible for training the trainers within the organization on various aspects of the Heart Skills® framework and ensuring its effective application across the multiple workshops offered to Be Strong International’s diverse client base. Additionally, the CHO plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture by enhancing employee engagement and well-being through the Heart Skills® framework.

This position requires a specific set of skills and qualifications, including emotional intelligence, strong communication abilities, leadership, problem-solving, cultural awareness, and above all, sensitivity toward people’s well-being and the importance of maintaining healthy relationships. The Chief Heart Officer, who created the Heart Skills® framework, is responsible for ensuring it permeates the organization by offering ongoing training and support.

Collaboration with HR:

  • Work alongside the HR department to align policies and procedures with the company’s culture and values.
  • Assist in the recruitment process to ensure new hires are a good cultural fit.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Heart Skills® deployment plays a crucial role in the effective performance of the Chief Heart Officer role.
